Our Judo classes are specially designed for children 8yrs and under, offering a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for all skill levels, from first-timers to those with some experience.
Through playful activities and age-appropriate Judo techniques, children will build confidence, improve balance and coordination, and develop important social skills, all whilst having fun.
Children are grouped by age and experience where suitable, allowing them to learn at their own pace and feel supported as they grow in confidence and ability.
Wednesdays 18:00 – 19:00hrs
This fun and inclusive Judo class is open to children under 14yrs of all abilities, from complete beginners and novices to those with competition experience. Sessions are designed to help young judoka build confidence, improve physical coordination, and learn Judo techniques in a safe and supportive environment.
Children will be grouped according to age and experience where appropriate, with opportunities to develop at their own pace, whether they’re just starting out or preparing for competitions.
Wednesdays 19:00 – 20:00hrs
This advanced-level Judo session is designed for Squad members and invited guests with previous competition experience. The class focuses on high-level technical development, tactical drills, randori, and competition-specific training to prepare athletes for performance at regional, national, and international levels.
Participants are expected to have a solid foundation in Judo and be comfortable with an intensive training pace.
Mondays 18:00 – 19:00hrs
This dynamic class is open to juniors and seniors aged 14 and above, catering to all abilities, from novice practitioners to athletes competing at national and international level. Sessions focus on technical development, tactical awareness, physical conditioning, and randori (free practice), with coaching tailored to suit each judoka’s experience and goals.
Whether you’re building confidence as a new judoka or sharpening your skills for high-level competition, this class provides a supportive and challenging environment to progress.
